If you are sending a deposit to your Amplify Exchange account and sent your deposit to the wrong address, this may have caused the deposit to be rejected and thus returned to the originating entity that sent the deposit. Please review your transaction history with the entity your deposit was sent from to determine if this occurred. If the deposit was received by someone else, we recommend you contact the owner of the address and resolve the misdirected deposit with them directly.
If the deposit was not rejected, we can attempt to recover the deposit. Be advised, deposits, like all transactions on the blockchain, are final and immutable. Please submit a ticket at this link with the details of the deposit you attempted, including the wallet address you input, the type of currency being sent, and the amount. We will do everything we are able to recover the deposit if possible.
We make no guarantees on recovering deposits, as per the Account Funding; Transactions section of our Terms and Conditions:
"We are not able to reverse any transactions and will not have any responsibility or liability if you have instructed us to facilitate sending Digital Currencies to an address that is incorrect, improperly formatted, erroneous or intended for a different type of Digital Currency. We are not able to reverse any transactions and will not have any responsibility or liability if you have submitted instructions to send fiat currency to an External Account that is incorrect, improperly formatted or erroneous."
