If you recently made a deposit of cryptocurrency to account wallet with Amplify that you cannot locate, please review the following list of common reasons you should check:

1. Does your coin require a tag or memo, and did you include that information?

2. Did you deposit the correct currency type? Example: Did you attempt to deposit XRP(Ripple) into your XLM (Stellar) address?

3. Have you reviewed the address you sent the funds and ensured it is the deposit address on Amplify?

Often, a rejected deposit will also show it was rejected by the company sending the deposit. Please review your transaction history with your depositing institution. If you have reviewed the above and are still unsure why your deposit is missing, please submit a ticket to us at this link.

We make no guarantees on recovering deposits, as per the Account Funding; Transactions section of our Terms and Conditions:

"We are not able to reverse any transactions and will not have any responsibility or liability if you have instructed us to facilitate sending Digital Currencies to an address that is incorrect, improperly formatted, erroneous or intended for a different type of Digital Currency. We are not able to reverse any transactions and will not have any responsibility or liability if you have submitted instructions to send fiat currency to an External Account that is incorrect, improperly formatted or erroneous."
