If you have not been credited for a trade you ordered, please review the Transactions tab and confirm that the trade in question was completed successfully.
If an order is not executed, either fully or partially, please click corresponding line item on the Transactions tab to review the full details to why an order failed. Below are some scenarios that may impact your order:
- Insufficient Funds
- This may be a result of working limit or stops orders that involve funds being used to complete the order you are placing. If you still wish to place the order, please cancel the previous limit or stop order and then place your order again.
- Not enough liquidity in the markets
